Action Planning - Specific actions and steps that allow participants to directly apply new skills and behaviours in line with personal goals.
Mentoring System - Participants set up an internal or external mentoring system in which someone supports and coaches them on a one-on-one basis.
Follow-up Session - Experential session designed to reinstill the values, enthusiasm and commitments created during the initial workshop; to check in on results created so far; to identify and address isues, breakdowns and breaktroughs. |
